SUSPEKTO

Terms of use

Last updated: 30 August 2026.

The service

Suspekto is a hidden identity game, offered free of charge by Suspekto. By using the game you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.

Your account

You need a username and a valid email address. You are responsible for what happens with your account, so keep your password to yourself. One account per person: multiple accounts used to distort games or the leaderboard are closed.

You must be at least 14 years old.

How to behave in a game

Lying is part of the game. You can accuse, defend yourself and pretend to be another role: it is the game itself. Showing your own role through the app, with a screenshot or by handing over your device, is not allowed, because it ruins the game for everybody else.

The following are forbidden:

Whoever does not respect these rules is kicked out of the game and, in serious or repeated cases, loses the account. Being kicked out of a ranked game stays marked on the profile.

Leaving a game

In ranked games, once the game has started there is no way out: whoever quits halfway condemns the others. Whoever stops playing can be kicked out by the person who supervises the game, and that is recorded.

Coins and cosmetics

Coins are a currency internal to the game. They cannot be turned into money, they are not refundable and they cannot be transferred between players. They are used to join games and to buy cosmetic items, which give no advantage in play.

You can get coins by playing or by watching an advertisement, within a daily limit. If we close your account for a violation, coins and cosmetics are lost with no compensation.

What you write

What you write in the chats stays yours, but you allow us to show it to the other participants of the game and to keep it for the time stated in the privacy policy. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Availability of the service

The game is offered as it is, with no guarantee of continuous operation. We may suspend it for maintenance, change it or shut it down. Games live in memory on the server: a failure or a restart can interrupt one, and this gives no right to compensation. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the game, within the limits allowed by law.

Ownership

The Suspekto name, the code and the images belong to the owner of the service. The game is an amateur work, not connected to the publishers of board games with a similar setting.

Closing your account

You can ask for it to be closed at any time by writing to info@suspekto.com from the address you registered with. We may close an account that breaks these terms, giving the reason if you ask for it.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of the page and say so inside the game. Italian law applies; for disputes with consumers the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile remains competent.
